[Position] Sales Representative
[Location] Dongguan, Guangdong (adjustable based on actual needs)
[Salary Range] 4K–12K (base salary 3K–5K + high commission 10%–30% + performance bonus)
[Job Responsibilities]
1. Develop new clients and maintain existing ones; meet monthly/quarterly sales targets
2. Phone/WeChat/in-person sales; explain products/solutions; follow up on orders and payments

3. Collect market and competitor information; relay customer needs

4. Build client profiles; maintain customer relationships and repeat business

5. Support team in market promotion and event execution
[Qualifications]
1. Education: High school/vocational school or above; exceptions for outstanding candidates

2. Experience: Less than 1 year of sales experience preferred; fresh graduates/no experience accepted (training provided)

3. Skills: Good communication, stress tolerance, goal-oriented, basic computer skills

4. Bonus: C1 driver's license, local resources, industrial/equipment/e-commerce sales experience preferred
